How do I go about configuring the program to read my scale data ?

Whenever you purchase our of our packages you ALSO get our unique Communication Configurator Software. This means you can setup the program to read ANY indicator with a continuous RS232/RS422 output and the program will capture the mass correctly. (Please note that most standard computers will need a hardware card if RS422 is used)

This also means that if you have to change or upgrade your client's indicator you can also re-configure the program to accept the new data without ANY software changes!!
