All programs use an easy to use tab screen setup to allow operators to instantly move to the screen of their choice during operation.

Programs are also shipped with our configurator software to allow you to interface with any scale indicator that supports RS232 output and can send data from it's port on a continuous basis. A Multitude of communication protocols are catered for and the standard software handles up to 4 communication ports at once.

You also get our free configuration software that allows you to instantly assign the software to your client which means you can use it over and over again. Tickets or dockets are also automatically assigned the client name plus 3 extra address or contact lines that are printed on each hard copy

The main weighing screen allows a "keyboard" only operation using "speed-codes" or you have the option of using your mouse to select data in conjuction with keyboard entered data.

To ensure weighing accuracy each and every time, the operator is also able to view the "live weight" before capturing to ensure the the load is fully on the scale.

We can, at any time, change any details on any screen for you, adding options, new databases or fields, or extra user inputs. Text inputs can also be replaced by "option buttons" for even easier operations. See our example "Asphalt Plant" interface here

 You have full range of reporting options both "on-screen" and hard copy. Reporting analysis can be multi-level - ie: By client and product On screen reports are fully scrollable and you can also choose to examine just one client or product analysis or all of them.

Extra reporting options can be easily added by us for special clients with special needs.

All reporting is from "date to date" and innovative drop-down calendars make the reporting period simple and error free.

Database information can be entered and updated very easily by the operator or management. The base software is shipped with 4 independent databases with 2 fields each but we can modify these for you at any time to allow a huge variation of options.

Items like Density or Costing are simple to include and then provide an active component to allow Volumes to be calculated or values to be assigned.

The setup included auto-selection of 3 printers depending on the transaction.
